1. GENERAL

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern use of the Vibeek! mobile application ("App") by Vybes Private Enterprise ("Owner", "we", "us").

1.2. By using the App, you ("User", "you") accept this Agreement.

1.3. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.

1.4. The authoritative legal version is the Russian text at https://vibeek.by/terms. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1.5. We may change these Terms by publishing an updated version in the App and at https://vibeek.by/terms. The in-app and website texts are the same. Continued use means acceptance.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • App — Vibeek! for iOS and Android;
  • Account — your profile linked to Sign in with Apple, VK ID and/or Telegram;
  • Content — questions, answers, profile data, images you submit;
  • Match — compatibility between two users based on answers, enabling further interaction;
  • Vibeek coins — in-app bonus units (see section 9A).

3. SUBJECT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the App under these Terms. The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

4.1. Sign-in via Sign in with Apple, VK ID or Telegram is required.

4.2. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

4.3. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4.4. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4.5. You may delete your account in App settings. Upon deletion, access ends and personal data on the active profile is removed or anonymized per our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained in archives and logs for legal compliance and abuse prevention (including referral and rewards programs).

5. AGE

The App is for users 16+. Users under 16 may use it only with parental consent.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must use the App lawfully. You must not:

  • harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
  • post illegal, offensive, or infringing content;
  • spam, scrape, or attempt to bypass security;
  • abuse the referral program, Vibeek coins, sponsored campaigns, or other bonuses (including repeated sign-ups or repeated campaign answers to obtain rewards on one phone number);
  • submit knowingly false content reports;
  • use bots or automated tools without our written permission.

6.4. Content reports. You may report content that you believe violates these Terms or the law via the in-app "Report" action (matches, questions, answers, public polls) or via support. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts. Knowingly false reports are prohibited.

7. APP FEATURES

The App may include: profile setup, questions and answers, matches (including public/anonymous matches), friend search (device contacts; VK friends when signed in with VK ID), push notifications, premium subscription (App Store and/or Google Play), referral invites via personal link (including go.vibeek.by), Vibeek coins and gift-certificate rewards, sponsored/advertising questions with optional coin rewards, in-app content reports and support, and linking Apple ID / VK / Telegram and phone verification.

We may change features at any time.

8. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain rights to content you create but grant us a license to host, display, and process it to operate the App. The App, brand, and design belong to the Owner.

9. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

9.1. Premium features, pricing, and billing terms are shown in the App.

9.2. Paid subscriptions are processed through the store on your device — Apple App Store and/or Google Play — under that store's rules. We do not receive your card details. Subscription status may be tracked via RevenueCat.

9.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends.

9.4. Cancel in Apple ID / App Store or Google Play settings, depending on where you subscribed.

9.5. Refunds follow the relevant store's policies.

9.6. We may change prices and premium terms. Store rules govern how price changes apply to later periods.

9.7. Premium may also be granted for Vibeek coins (section 9A) or promotions/referrals. That access is not a store purchase and is not billed or cancelled through App Store / Google Play.

9A. VIBEEK COINS AND REWARDS

9A.1. Vibeek coins are in-app bonus units, not money or securities, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9A.2. Coins may be earned for in-app actions (including inviting friends and voluntarily answering sponsored/advertising questions) per rules shown in the App. We may change accrual rules, limits, and exchange rates. Accrual is not guaranteed in every case (including campaign limits, repeat answers, Terms violations, or technical issues).

9A.3. Coins may be used for premium access and third-party gift certificates (e.g. Golden Apple Belarus) when available.

9A.4. Certificate exchange is available at 18+, or ages 16–17 with parental consent. You confirm this when redeeming. Stock is limited; we do not guarantee specific denominations.

9A.5. Certificates are governed by their issuer's rules. We are not the issuer, official partner, or agent unless stated in the App. Third-party trademarks are used only to describe the reward.

9A.6. After a successful exchange the App shows the data needed to use the certificate: QR image, card number and CVC (or a legacy code). These are stored under "My certificates" and grant access to the certificate. You are responsible for keeping them confidential after they are shown.

9A.7. We may deny exchange or revoke accrual if we suspect fraud or abuse.

9A.8. Coins are not transferable, inheritable, or restored after account deletion unless we decide otherwise.

9A.9. Referral program. You may invite others via a personal link. An invited user may be linked to you after signing up through that link.

9A.10. Referral bonuses (including premium for the invitee and coins for the inviter) are granted when program conditions are met, including the invited user's first Match with the inviter. Following a referral link and linking accounts does not automatically grant rewards.

9A.11. Referral rewards are granted no more than once per confirmed phone number of the invited user. A confirmed phone number may be required. We may deny or revoke rewards if we suspect abuse (including multiple accounts created to obtain rewards on one phone number).

9A.12. Referral terms (bonus amounts, limits) are shown in the App and may change at any time.

10. PRIVACY

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy at https://vibeek.by/privacy.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, service interruptions, other users' content, third-party advertising, or gift-certificate issuers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are resolved in Belarus courts unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

By accepting this Agreement you confirm that you have read it, you are 16+ or have parental consent, certificate exchange is 18+ or with parental consent, referral rewards require program conditions (including the first Match) and are granted once per invited user's confirmed phone number, answering ads is voluntary and coin rewards are not guaranteed, and content reports may lead to the measures in section 6.
